A pre-site tour discussion including highlights.

Often, for facilities with complex operations and/or where constant ear protection is required, a pre-site tour discussion can be useful to help identify and explain to the audit team important processes that will be observed during the actual site tour.  This discussion can be further enhanced with the use of a process flow chart and site map.
